Our return policy:
Our law does not allow refunds on tobacco products, but if you have a complaint about a product, contact us and we will do our best to resolve your problem. If the complaint is about a non-tobacco product (eg pipes or lighters) you can return the pack at your own expense, but please contact us first to explain your problem and allow us to resolve it.

Online payments
We accept American Express, Diners or Visa and many other payment options. When using a credit card, there is a sur-charge at the end of the shop. Our site is safe and uses SSL secure servers, but you can also fax your credit card details to fax number : 0031 20-6419641. (Do not forget the new security code, (3 or 4 digits, which you can find at the back of your card).
PayPal no longer accepts payments for tobacco products worldwide.

All money transfer charges must be paid by the customer.
Goods will be shipped after receipt of your payment on our bank account.

This can be expensive for overseas transactions. Check your bank. Customer pays the fees.
For large orders we only accept wire to our bank account, you will be informed upfront via email.
Shipping
(*) Shipper service outside the Netherlands must be signed for delivery at the door. Personal details on the parcels label must be corresponding with the original order and driver will ask for identification and signature.
All orders will be shipped with diverse transport, after receiving customer’s payments. Prices of the products on this site are excluding shipping cost, but you can choose real time for shipping options. We are not responsible for any delay or lost transport or regulations of third party's involved.
Payments always are cash. In case of creditcard payment CWS (CigarWebService) will claim the total amount in the week of shipping. On late payments we charge a percentage of 1,5 % per month. In case of non-payments or fraud all cost of law will and shall be claimed at consignee or/and addressee.
Products, which fall in a category of excise, are supplied with an original seal (banderole) placed by manufacturer or licensee. These prices are due to change. You will be charged for prices on the seal in Euro. A currency translator is available.
NO RETURNS of tobacco products are accepted, due to the Dutch law: NO discounts on any products, wich fals under catogory of excise.
We don't carry minimum or maximum orders so feel free to order 1 box/case or 25 cases/cartons of your favourite brand. Check your local Customs office which quantities of goods you are allowed to receive. We take NO responsibility for orders which conflict with regulations in your country.
COD shipments are not available outside the Netherlands.
Sizes of cigars are only indicational. Media, pictures are usualy from manufactors, and we do not have any influences on those.

We are not responsible for any regulations whatsoever, accordingly different tobacco taxes per country, restrictions of import, other taxes or restricted rules. Payments on orders, seized by governments are non refundable.

Law and dispute:
All disputes that may arise from the seller and buyer governed by these conditions shall be submitted for a decision by the competent Dutch court in the District of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
