Most of our regular customers have been recommended here by one of our (already) satisfied customers. If you are new, we will do our best to welcome you and give you the best of service.
Transport however is not always in our own hands. We use couriers, volume transports, transport by boat and plain and postal service. Several prices per weight are real time on all our sites, so you can see the cost. We do not have rates for the same prices up to 10 kilo. You pay for the total bruto weight of your order. We have noticed on the net higher priced cigars, transport or higher banking cost.
So.... it is very simple.... you pay for what you get. Sometimes it is even cheaper to order some more boxes for the same price level in transport.
Take a look at this sample:
Your order is 2 boxes cigars. The bruto weight is 1.2 kilo
The rate level is 2 kilo, so it is cheaper to order 3 boxes for the same shipping cost.
If you need advice, you can simply ask by sending an e-mail to us. You can also type in at “Special messages to us" something like: Please send me up to the first following shipping price-level. That is what most people do. That extra field for a message is at the same page were you fill in your personal details. Scroll a little bit down on that page.
